About My Savior

My Savior is a private companion for prayer, Scripture, and peace. Speak or type what is on your heart and a gentle voice answers in the first person of Jesus, with prayer and Scripture quoted from the King James Bible, day or night, in 20 languages. It runs in any web browser with no download, no sign-up, and no password.

Who makes it

My Savior is made by Craig Portis, Digital Marketing Director at BCreative Digital Media, and operated by Portis Holdings LLC. Questions, feedback, and press enquiries: craig@bcreative.media.

Why it exists

It was built for the moment someone needs a comforting voice and no one is awake to give it: the heavy heart at two in the morning, the loneliness after a loss, the prayer that is hard to find words for. Speak what is on your heart and a gentle voice answers with prayer and Scripture, in the same calm voice in 20 languages.

What we promise

  • Honesty about what it is. My Savior is an AI application, not a human, a priest, or a divine being. It is not a substitute for clergy, therapy, or emergency care. In a crisis call 988 (US) or your local emergency number. If you sincerely ask whether you are speaking with a person or with God, it tells you the truth.
  • Scripture, not invention. Verses are quoted from the King James Bible with book, chapter, and verse, and the app is instructed never to invent a reference. AI can still be wrong, so check any verse against a printed Bible.
  • Pointing you back, not replacing. My Savior exists to point you toward prayer, Scripture, and your own church community. It is a devotional aid, not a pastor, a counselor, or a church, and it belongs to no denomination.
  • Dignity. Mockery, profanity, and requests to do harm are declined gently. Sincere doubt, anger at God, grief, and hard questions are always welcome.
  • Privacy. Conversations are treated as confidential, never sold, and never used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Giving. We tithe: a tenth of every subscription is given to those in need.
